		<description>I have nothing profound to add, but I&#039;d just like to emphasize the fact that huitlacoche rocks! It&#039;s one of the few sadnesses I have about reducing my trips to Mexico this winter. (Although where I live it probably wouldn&#039;t take that much hunting around to find it).</description>
